Premium Creator Terms and Conditions

Access to and use of the Platform’s services, including but not limited to the ability to earn revenue, commissions, or any form of monetary compensation through participation in Platform-related activities, is expressly conditioned upon the User’s active enrollment in a monthly subscription plan. By registering as a member and utilizing the Platform, the User agrees to remit timely payment of the applicable monthly subscription fees as set forth in the Platform’s pricing schedule.

Failure to maintain an active and fully paid subscription may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User’s access to Platform features, including any revenue-generating opportunities. The Company reserves the right to modify subscription fees at its sole discretion, provided that any such changes will be communicated to Users in advance in accordance with applicable notice requirements.

By continuing to use the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees that payment of the monthly subscription fee is a mandatory condition precedent to accessing and benefiting from the services offered, including participation in any monetization programs facilitated by the Platform.

Contract Agreements

 

• No posting premium content outside of your premium creator account

• No hate speech or racism in your content

• No Nudity in any content 

 

You agree not to post, share, upload, or distribute any content that contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive imagery. This includes but is not limited to photographs, videos, live streams, illustrations, or digital renderings that display nudity or sexual activity. 

 

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply. Repeated violations will result in permanent removal from the platform.

 

Content Repurposing Rights

 

The Creator grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, adapt, modify, and repurpose the original content for the purposes of marketing, promotional use, and distribution across various platforms, formats, or media. Repurposed content may include, but is not limited to, excerpts, compilations, translations, and derivative works. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all repurposed content shall continue to credit the Creator appropriately, and no modifications shall be made that misrepresent the Creator’s original message or intent.

 

Compensation & Payment Processing

 

All earnings from the Platform will be paid exclusively through Stripe. To receive payments, Users must maintain a valid Stripe account and comply with Stripe’s verification and compliance requirements.

Payouts are issued monthly on or around the 15th for approved earnings accrued in the prior period. Delays may occur due to weekends, holidays, or Stripe-related processing issues. The Company is not responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect account details, account restrictions, or noncompliance with Stripe's terms.

 

Following the deduction of all applicable fees and expenses related to the services provided under this agreement, the remaining net proceeds shall be distributed as follows: Seventy percent (70%) to you and thirty percent (30%) to Head2Toe App.

 

The Company may withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or failure to meet legal or Stripe requirements. Additional conditions, such as minimum payout thresholds or tax documentation, may apply.

While the Company may offer specific guarantees as expressly stated in writing (the “Guarantee”), the User acknowledges that success in using the Platform depends on individual effort, compliance, and external factors beyond the Company’s control. Except as expressly provided in the terms of the Guarantee, the Company makes no representations or warranties regarding specific earnings, outcomes, or results.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure by the User to achieve desired results due to misuse of the Platform, failure to follow provided instructions, or other circumstances outside the Company’s control. Any stated Guarantee is subject to the User’s full compliance with the terms and conditions of the Program and any additional requirements outlined in the Guarantee policy.

 

Termination Clause

 

The agreement may be terminated immediately and without prior notice if the User fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Breach of any rule or obligation outlined in this text shall constitute grounds for termination, at the sole discretion of the Company.
